At 7:30 this evening is the Women in Services Networking Event, where women in the technology services industry will have the unique opportunity to network and share with thought leaders and industry professionals. In other exciting news, TSIA is proud to announce that we’re among the first organizations to be piloting a revolutionary new software application that is changing the way companies facilitate customer outcomes, Outcome Chains™. Starting in 2016, TSIA members will be able to be more efficiently and effectively leverage our research content and apply it to their businesses to achieve targeted service business outcomes by accessing TSIA research through an on-demand software application.
