TSIA Executives to Present Customer Success Sessions at Dreamforce

Wood, and executive director, Thomas Lah, have joined the list of speakers for the 2014 Dreamforce conference October 13-16 at the San Francisco Hilton to offer their first-hand knowledge of the benefits of customer success. Dreamforce is a four-day conference hosted by Salesforce.com where industry professionals, product experts, and world leaders alike join together to share insights, stories, and discuss how to succeed in business and in life.

“The Keys to Customer Success” – Thomas Lah

In this session he will explore:

“Customer Success in Technology Services” – J.B. Wood

JB_WoodPresident and CEO of TSIA and author of B4B, J.B. Wood, teams up with the president of Salesforce.com’s customer success group, Maria Martinez, for a lively conversation about what is possible when suppliers are connected with their customers in real-time. Maria and J.B. will go into detail about how customer success in the cloud is rooted in delivering outcomes for customers, as well as how your business can best utilize this technology to develop lasting customer relationships.
