TSW_Service_Transformations_Day_2Yesterday’s TSW event got off to a great start with tons of energy and focus on the future of technology services. Today, we plan to keep that momentum going with even more great sessions, discussions, and networking events. Let’s get ready to have an exciting Day Two!

This Morning

Start your morning off right with a delicious breakfast and engaging conversation during the TableTopic Breakfasts. Attendees can join their peers for an open discussion with service practitioners to talk about common industry issues. These free-flowing and interactive sessions are a great opportunity to discuss key challenges, collect valuable new ideas, and make new industry contacts that will help you for many years to come. A series of TableTopic Breakfast discussions will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the TSW | EXPO at 7:30 a.m.

Later this morning at 8:30 a.m., Executive Director of TSIA, Thomas Lah, will be giving his keynote presentation, “High Value, High Margin Offers in the B4B Era”. In this follow-up to J.B. Wood’s Day One keynote about how technology companies can reinvent their approaches for recapturing growth, Thomas will expand upon this topic by introducing a series of frameworks companies can use to identify, develop, price, and sell high-value offers and successfully navigate the transition to an outcome-based business model.

Between 9:45 and 10:45 a.m., nine informative case study presentations will be given by TSW | EXPO exhibitors and TSIA member companies. Each will showcase how a TSIA member benefited from the deployment of a particular solution and will cite actual results achieved.

Later this morning, Thomas Lah will be moderating a debate-style session between Tien Tzuo of Zuora and Mark McCaffrey of PwC on the topic “Is the Cloud a Profitable Business Model?” Hear both sides of the argument to discover for yourself if XaaS leaders must choose between growth and profits to remain successful.
